Recently, I bought my dog a Thundershirt because he is very scared of thunder. Its actually storming as I type this. In the times I have used the Thundershirt, I have to say, it works pretty well. Hes much calmer and doesn’t pant like a maniac. It doesn’t 100% take away his fears of the big boom thunder, but it most certainly helps. Just in case anyone was wondering about the Thundershirt or any other brand like it.

Technically, this is a Halloween photo, but since we seem to have a dogs as food thing going, I thought I’d post it anyway.
Started the food switch from Taste of the Wild, to Evo Herring and Salmon yesterday. It’s gonna be hard to transition over a weeks time, because my kids have been devouring the Evo and leaving the Taste of the Wild bits left in their bowl haha! I’m sooo glad they like it.
When I transitioned my pup from his shelter food(which is really just whatever is donated) to our preferred brand, I used pumpkin to firm up his stools, worked pretty well! Good luck on your transition!

In our never-ending quest for items that fall in the nexus of dogs and hot dogs, check out these dog-shaped hot dog buns. Where can you get one to stuff into your very own mouth? Mix up some hot dog bun dough, shape it like a dog head, stick in black beans to make eyes and a nose, and bake. That’s right, you are baking your own hot dog buns. Which brings us to a completely different kind of crazy.
